Resolution of Tamro's Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting 29 January 2007

Tamro Corporation’s Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting was held on 29 January 2007 at Tamro House. On the agenda was the proposal from the Board of Directors to pay a dividend of 0.40 EUR per share, in total 45.798.433,20 EUR, based on the result in the fiscal year 2005/2006. The own shares held by Tamro Corporation do not yield any dividend.

The shareholders approved the proposal and the dividend was paid on 29 January 2007.

Tamro Group’s Financial Statements for the period 1.2.2006 – 31.1.2007 will be released on 29 March 2007. The Web annual report will be published during week 19.
